* Free Shipping offer is for US48 only and excludes Live Animals. Areas where we do not offer economy shipping are excluded.

Holidays, Weather, Carrier issues, and Other issues outside of our control may cause delays that we are not responsible for.

Dry Goods are shipped Monday through Friday.

We ship Live Animals only when weather permits: above freezing and below 90℉ (32℃).

We ship Live Animals on Monday and Tuesday when 2+ day shipping is chosen.

We ship Live Animals Monday through Thursday when overnight shipping is chosen.

Heat and Ice Packs are included when necessary.
